In-Depth Effect

This item allows for you to move quicker in the overworld part of the games. It cannot be used in Buildings and it prevents other items such as the PokéRadar from being used. In Diamond, Pearl & Platinum, it has several gears which can be changed with the B-button. The fastest gear allows you to use some Jump ramps to jump over some obstacles and ride up slippery slopes.
