Green captured this Lapras which Boy Scout Evan was trying to catch outside the abandoned Power Plant. After defeating Agatha, Green released Lapras and told Evan to capture it as he wished.
Pryce owns three Laprases, two of which are the parents of the third. The parent Laprases perished in a snowslide accident during Pryce’s youth, and his determination to correct this began his work as Mask of Ice. He keeps Glacier at the Mahogany Gym which he uses to animate his ice sculptures.
