Birth Island is only accessible in Pokémon Emerald after using the Aurora Ticket at the Ferry. This island is very spartan and contains a simple puzzle. This puzzle has you have to interact with the triangle until it turns red hot, getting to it in as few steps as possible. Once done, Deoxys will appear.
