South Exit: Slateport City Navel Rock is only accessible in Pokémon Emerald after using the Mystic Ticket at the Ferry. This island is a massive cave which splits off into two paths. One path goes up and contains the Pokémon Ho-Oh while the other goes to the deepest point where Lugia dwells.
