Persian

Persian, The Classy Cat Pokémon. It's fur is admired by many. It is rarely treated as a pet because its tought due to it's meaness. The gem on it's forehead glows on it's own, It walks with the grace of a Proud Queen. It is known to lash out and scratch for little reason. Its muscles allow it to walk without making a sound. It attacks instantly. It will tear its prey apart on a mere whim. It has 6 bold whiskers that give it a tough look. The whiskers allow it to sense air movements to see whats around it. It becomes docile if grabbed by the whiskers

Battle Moveset

A Good Moveset for Persian would have to be this:

Attacks:

Toxic
Protect
Attract
Charm

Items Attached:

Leftovers OR
Bright Powder

Preferred Nature:

Impish

Strategy Using Persian

Although Persian was given high speed, its other stats are quite bad.
Attack is 70, so it won't be able to deal too much damage, although it learns a few physical moves.
Defense is 60, so its highly unlikely that it will take a hit, especially from a fighting move, like Brick break.
Special attack is 65, although its lower than its attack, it could possibly be used as a Raindancer, if you're feeling lucky.
With its special defense, its probably going to take more special attacks than physical attacks.
Being a Normal type, its weak to fighting moves, so watch out for those. The moveset, is well, all it can do when it comes to battling.
This moveset is simple to understand, use Attract to give yourself a greater chance of surviving each turn. Follow with Toxic and use Charm to lower your opponent's attack.
Protect is always useful to gain an extra turn, and allows Toxic to do more damage.
But, its got a good ability - Limber, which prevents Persian from being paralyzed. So, Persian is most likely going to go first in most battles.
As a battler, Persian isn't that good, but maybe you think differently.

EV Corner:

Max out the EVs in Defense & Special Defense for Persian with any remaining in Hit Points

Strategy Against Persian

Persian's Defense is weaker than its Special Defense so if you hit with Fighting type moves it'll be down in no time

Animé Appearences

Persian has had quite a few Anime Appearences. Most of the time however, it was under Giovanni's control. However some were not, the first instance is when Cassandra got one to look after as if it was Meowth. After that, one led a pack of Meowth's in Hollywood. The rest of the Non-Giovanni ones were Cameos
