Snubbull

Snubbull, The Fairy Pokémon. Although it looks scary, it is very kind and affectionate. It is very popular among women. It has an active, playful nature. It is very cowardly. It growls in order to hide it's fear from it's opponent. By baring its fangs and making a scary face, it scares smaller Pokémon away. However Snubbull becomes sad for sending it's foes away.

Battle Moveset

A Good Moveset for Snubbull would have to be this:

Attacks:

Seismic Toss
Body Slam
Scary Face
Attract

Items Attached:

Focus Band

Preferred Nature:

Impish

Strategy Using Snubbull

This is basically a set to try and inflict a status condition upon your opponent, while reducing some of its stats and also reducing the chances of your opponent to attack.
Seismic toss is basically their so you can inflict 100 HP damage when you're at level 100, which is good considering its stats aren't that great. But that doesn't mean it can't use the variety of attacks it can learn.
Use body slam as the paralysis inflicter and it also gains a boost from STAB, and with Snubull's base attack of 80, it could be considered its strongest move.
With intimidate as its ability, it lowers your opponent's attack strength, although if you want to induce more attack strength loss, replace one of the moves with Charm.
Scary face reduces the speed of your opponent, although it may not be needed, depending on how fast your opponent is after the cut in speed from paralysis. If you don't want that move, you could always replace that move with Heal bell, which will help recover any status condition recieved from your opponent.
For the last move, choose attract, infatuation would hinder your opponent's ability to strike with an attack. Even if it does manage to attack, then hopefully Focus band might work and allow you to survive the hit.
For the EV's, best put them in defense and HP, its going to need them if your opponent does manage to land an attack. To sum it up, Snubull is quite a good pokemon if used with the variety of annoying moves it can learn.
Another thing that Snubull can do is Protect + Torment, in case you're expecting your opponent to use a move such as brick break, use protect and then torment, preventing it using that move again for two turns.

EV Corner:

Max out the EVs in HP for Snubbull with any remaining in Defense & Special Defense

Strategy Against Snubbull

Snubbull's Defenses are both below average however it's Special is lower than it's Physical, so a Special Volley or Fighting type attacks should work wonders.
