19Psych Up
Copies any boosts and reductions to the target's Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Movement Speed to the user's own stats.
25Confuse Ray
Afflicts the targeted enemy with a Confused status condition. A Pokémon with the Confused status has its movements and attacks go astray.
28Magic Coat
Gives the Pokémon that uses this move the Magic Coat status, which reflects several kinds of moves back at enemies.
34Psychic
