This card may be placed either way up when played.
The player facing the top side can only have 3 Pokémon on his or her Bench. When this card is played, the player has to discard Benched Pokémon and all cards attached to them until they have 3 Pokémon on their bench.
The player facing the bottom side's moves from their or Pokémon are reduced by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance.
