Celadon City is a large city in Kanto and contains a variety of areas. In the south-east, it has a small hotel where characters gather. It has a small lake in the middle of the city and numerous buildings to explore. It also houses the location of the GameFreak headquarters in the game, where you can get your diplomas for finishing the Pokédex. It also houses the Kanto department store

Game Corner
The game corner in Kanto is located within this city and contains the special Voltorb Flip game, where you flip various cards to try and get as many coins as possible

Cameron's Photos
On Tuesdays & Fridays, Cameron the Cameraman will appear by the fountain and will take photos of you and your Pokémon team.
On Fridays, Cameron the Cameraman will appear on the second floor of the Department Store and will take photos of you and your Pokémon team.

Special Photos
On Wednesdays, if you have his phone number, Falkner will appear in the Department Store and will allow for a photograph to be taken with you and your lead Pokémon.
On Mondays, if you have her phone number, Erika will appear by the fountain and will allow for a photograph to be taken with you and your lead Pokémon

Gym
The Celadon City Gym is one of the gyms of the Kanto region. This gym has you progress through a maze through numerous flower arches, sometimes needing to use Cut until you reach the Gym Leader; Erika. Earning the Rainbow Badge does not give access to any hidden moves outside of battle.
