This swamp level has various Pokémon come out and attack you. After you reach the half-way point, the Pokémon shoot out bits of poison at you and you must destroy the poison. If you get hit too many times, the level is over Bronze Medal Requirements:
Earn 5,000 points
Silver Medal Requirements:
Do not get hit by Poison and earn 10,000 points
Gold Medal Requirements:
Do not get hit by Poison and earn 100,000 points
