The Nintendo BlackStar Promos were the second wave of promotional cards released. These were the first batch done by Nintendo in-house and followed through the Pokémon EX series of cards. As such, it contained many cards with the mechanics from that era including Pokémon ex and Delta Species Pokémon. Cards in this promotional set also included Reverse Holographic cards. Like the previous set, these cards were given in a variety of manners, but most were given out in leagues.
