The Pokémon Storage System is not that much different from the storage system in Ruby and Sapphire. You can still store Items and you need the PC to save, however the Pokémon storage has a few extra tweaks:

The Storage System in Colosseum can only store 90 Pokémon as it only has 3 Boxes

Dark Pokémon are Identified by a Purple Glow being Shown on the Pokémon. Depositing and Withdrawing is done the same way as in RS

All the options from Ruby and Sapphire Remain including changing the Background of the box
