Goh first encountered Scorbunny in Wyndon. It eventually joined him. After trying to learn Ember, it eventually went into battle with Team Rocket where it evolved shortly after learning some Fire moves. Following that, it kept training and getting stronger before evolving into Cinderace when against Oleana's Milotic, showing its determination to keep battling. Its Ember became the Pyro Ball move

Goh encountered Sobble when in the Galar Region. It started off timid but after seeing an Inteleon, strove to become more powerful so it too could become an Inteleon. After protecting an Oddish, it evolved into Drizzile but got despondent when it saw it wasn't an Inteleon. Due to this lack of faith, it has retreated to a cave in Cerise Laboratories. After time, it kept training in secret and eventually evolved into Inteleon while defending the laboratory from a thief who stole the data

Goh encountered Grookey one day when he woke up with it in his arms. Finding out it was owned by another trainer, he went to search for its trainer only to find it was one of the Team Rocket Pokémon. Eventually, Grookey left Team Rocket while Goh looked after its branch. It broke its Poké Ball and ended up joining Goh's team. It is somewhat mischievous and likes banging its branch on things

Goh encountered Caterpie in the Kanto Forests and eventually caught it amongst many other Bug-type Pokémon.

Goh's three Cascoon evolved into Dustox during a fight in the Cerise Park and helped to calm a fight going on

Goh encountered Taillow in the Hoenn Forest when he went to Hoenn to participate in a special competition. He soon chased after it to catch it.

Goh encountered a group of Tentacool in Vermilion City Bay and went to captute one, for it to move out of the way and he catch another..

Goh encountered a Mantyke when he first arrived in Sinnoh. He used Scorbunny to kick a snowball to attract it so he could catch. He then used it to enter an Ice Floe race in Sinnoh where it helped Pikachu continue onwards

Goh encountered a Sentret when he arrived in Ecruteak City. Immediately upon seeing it, he captured it.

Goh encountered Misdreavus inside the Tin Tower. It had teamed with Stantler to cause hallucinations for Ash & Goh to prevent their progress, but Goh eventually captured them both.

Goh captured Skowvet when in the Galar Region. Known to be a big eater, it would often hoard and eat all the food. Eventually, Goh entered it into a Big Eater Competition where it would have to eat the most to win. During the finals, it started eating a lot and then evolved

Goh captured a Sandile inside the Ruins of Titans. The group accidentally stepped on its tail and it attacked. Goh battled it and finally caught it

Goh captured a Darmanitan when he went to visit the Desert Resort in Unova. It was in Zen Mode when the group first appeared in the Desert Ruins but quickly transformed to Normal Mode and attacked, just in time for Goh to capture it

Goh encountered a giant Golurk in the Desert Resort's ruins. After a tough raid battle featuring Ash and the research team, Goh eventually threw a ball and caught it

Goh encountered a Cubone when he returned home. This Cubone had its bone stolen by a Mankey and so Goh decided to help find its bone. Afterwards, Cubone wanted to join Goh on his adventure so Goh caught it.

As it is a large Magikarp, it required the strength of Goh, Ash, Pikachu, Raboot and Team Rocket in order to hook it while fishing and required Oddish's help to catch. This Magikarp can jump a lot higher than ordinary Magikarp due to its size and its Splash can do a lot of damage

Goh caught Fletchling during his trip to Kalos.

Goh caught five Flabébé during his trip to Kalos, a Yellow Flower, Red Flower, Blue Flower, White Flower and Orange Flower. After some time in the lab, they all evolved into Floette except for one, the White Flower whose flower broke. The White Flower Flabébé evolved but left Goh leaving Goh with just the Yellow, Red, Blue and Orange Flower Floette

Goh got a Hitmonchan after defeating the Karate Master in the Fighting Dojo.

Goh got a Pikachu when he visited a valley of Pikachu after deciding he wanted to get one. It's female befriended Ash's Pikachu and, like Ash's Pikachu, shocks Goh at the first encounter. During a conflict with Team Rocket, it suggested to Goh to evolve it in order to help out so it could save Ash's Pikachu and evolved into a Raichu. As a Raichu it still likes to offer people berries and still has an affection for Ash's Pikachu

Goh got Trapinch in Hoenn after he and Ash went to Mauville City to investigate a mysterious sandstorm. It was found in a sand tomb, trying to grab a few people but Goh caught it

The sandstorm was being caused by Flygon and, after an unusual strategy or reflecting its attacks back to it, Goh managed to catch it. It has powerful moves including Sand Tomb, Dragon Rush and Draco Meteor at its disposal

Goh caught an Exeggcute while out hunting for Pokémon eggs. He then got a Leaf Stone from Yamper and evolved it into Exeggutor

Goh obtained an Aerodactyl when he, Ash and Chloe went on an excursion to find fossils. Goh found an Old Amber and had it revived into an Aerodactyl. After it escaped from the lab, Goh tried to catch it. After a long battle, Goh calmed it down and it joined him. It has the moves Iron Head, Dragon Breath, Steel Wing and Rock Throw at its disposal

Goh caught Chinchou when he went to the Johto Region.

Goh caught Bunnelby after it stole one of Ash & Goh's scones in a train. Goh chased it into Slumbering Weald and caught it.

When Goh went to Galar to investigate various fossils, with the help of Cara Liss he was able to put two fossils together to create Arctozolt. After helping Cara Liss thaw out from its Icy Wind, Cara Liss offered it to Goh

Goh caught Geodude in the Rock Tunnel.

Goh caught Diglett when helping Professor Cerise's former student protect his farm from a group of Diglett and Dugtrio.

Goh found a Drowzee putting Pokémon to sleep and so caught it and used it to help protect Suicune. It has moves such as Psybeam at its disposal.

Goh found Suicune when he went searching for it, however when he found it he saw it was getting attacked by some Pokémon Hunters. Unsure how to proceed, Goh rescued Suicune from the Pokémon Hunters by capturing it. After capturing, Suicune attacked Goh and froze its Poké Ball and went to a nest to recover. As Goh went to get it berries to heal it. After defending it again from the Hunters, it helped Goh and decided to stay with Goh after Goh tried to release it. It has moves such as Hydro Pump and Ice Beam at its disposal

Goh caught Morelull when he visited Glimwood Tangle. It sent spores out after him and ran but Goh made chase and caught it

Goh encountered Scyther in the Kanto Forests and became one of Goh's battling Pokémon. After training in Kalos with Wikstrom, Wikstrom offered a chance for Goh to evolve his Scyther, providing a quick trade with a Metal Coat to evolve it.. It has moves including Swords Dance, Slash & Razor Wind at its disposal

Goh caught Bellsprout when going to the Pokémon Center. It seemed withered and tired but Grookey healed it. Grookey convinced Goh to catch the Bellsprout afterwards

Goh caught Absol when investigating a lack of water in a Hot Springs in Hoenn. While people blamed the Absol, Ash & Goh found the real culprit and Goh caught the Absol to save it from rushing water

Goh encountered Scyther in the Kanto Forests and it was one of the only Pokémon that Goh had to battle in order to catch, causing it to disappea after the battle. However, Goh tracked it down and eventually caught it amongst many other Bug-type Pokémon. It has moves including Swords Dance, Slash & Razor Wind at its disposal. It then evolved after a training session with Wikstrom. Wikstrom gave it a Metal Coat and did a temporary trade to evolve it

Goh caught Dugtrio when helping Professor Cerise's former student protect his farm from a group of Diglett and Dugtrio. Dugtrio was the leader and once Goh captured it, the rest of the Diglett left. It has the move Sand Tomb at its disposal. Goh then gave Dugtrio to Professor Cerise's former student to help look after the farm

Goh captured a Skwovet when in Galar. It appeared when Ash and Goh were at a café waiting for Leon and started eating Ash's food. Goh immediately caught it. It was a known eater and ate a lot. It eventually evolved during a Big Eater Competition

Eternatus was released by Chairman Rose to unleash the Darkest Day. After a long battle with Ash, Goh, Zacian and Zamazenta, Ash & Goh both threw a Poké Ball to catch it. After it was caught, they allowed for Eternatus to be placed in safe keeping so it couldn't happen again. After things calmed down, Goh entrusted Eternatus into Leon's care

Goh got a Pikachu when he visited a valley of Pikachu after deciding he wanted to get one. The Pikachu is a female Pikachu that befriended Ash's Pikachu and, like Ash's Pikachu, shocks Goh at the first encounter. Goh's Pikachu is incredibly friendly and often offers people, including Team Rocket, berries. During a conflict with Team Rocket, it suggested to Goh to evolve it in order to help out

Goh caught a second Pinsir after it had been attraced by Koromi's Honey. Shortly after capturing the Pinsir, he traded it for one of her Heracross

Goh's three Wurmple evolved into Cascoon during a day where they were being attacked by Goh's Taillow. All three evolved into Cascoon. They later evolved into Dustox during a fight in Cerise park

Goh first encountered Scorbunny in Wyndon where it was covered in dirt and helping keep a group of Nickit fed. It is a very smart Pokémon, using pranks to distract humans to get the food. After Goh stepped in to protect the Scorbunny from a local merchant and gave it words of encouragement, Scorbunny grew fond of Goh and eventually travelled to the Wild Area to find Goh again. Goh resisted at first, wanting Mew to be his first Pokémon, but eventually decided to keep Scorbunny after it showed bravery in helping to move Gigantamax Snorlax out of the way of a moving train. It has moves include Double Kick. It later evolved in battle with Team Rocket

Goh encountered Wurmple in the Hoenn Forest when he went to Hoenn to participate in a special competition. He ended up capturing 3 Wurmple so that he could have it and its evolutions. They later all evolved into Cascoon
