Biography

Elesa is the Gym Leader of Nimbasa City. While she is the gym leader, she is also incredibly famous in Nimbasa City as a fashion model, often being followed by an entourage of fans. She is very fond of Electric-type Pokémon, being incredibly happy to see Ash's Pikachu. She is however, also very wise and helped settle a dispute between Bianca and her father over Bianca's journey

Zebstrika

Elesa used her Zebstrika in the first battle against Bianca. It knows powerful moves like Wild Charge, Flame Charge and Double Kick which it used to easily defeat Bianca's Shelmet and managed to defeat her Minccino and Pignite in battle without taking a scratch. In the battle against Ash's Palpitoad however, it fell in battle after some powerful attacks hit

Emolga

Elesa used her Emolga in her battle against Ash. It was used in battle against all of Ash's Pokémon, and used its moves such as Attract to incapacitate Palpitoad and has powerful attacks including Acrobatics, Aerial Ace & Electro Ball which helped it hold its own in battle. It defeated Palpitoad using a combination of Attract and Aerial Ace and defeated Snivy using Acrobatics after Snivy's Attract failed on it. It eventually fell to Ash's Pikachu's overwhelming strength.

Tynamo

Elesa used her Tynamo in her battle against Ash's Pikachu as her final Pokémon. It has a powerful Tackle attack that it keeps using on its opponents, powerful enough to trap the opponents in the ground and the walls. However, it eventually fell in battle after Pikachu prevented Tynamo's movements in the field.
