Humilau City is located at the end of Marine Tube and is another coastal city. This city has two parts. First, the Pokémon Centre and the Gym, run by Marlon, are located on the coast while the actual city is made up of various houses sitting upon the water akin to Pacifidlog Town

Move Tutor (Black 2 & White 2)
In a house in the city, in the first house you encounter, you'll be able to teach your Pokémon various moves if you have enough Yellow Shards.

Heat Wave			10	100	90	The user attacks by exhaling hot breath on the opposing team. It may also leave targets with a burn.
Giga Drain			10	75	100	A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Drain Punch			10	75	100	An energy-draining punch. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Pain Split			20	--	--	The user adds its HP to the target's HP, then equally shares the combined HP with the target.
Tailwind			30	--	--	The user whips up a turbulent whirlwind that ups the Speed of all party Pokémon for four turns.

Gym
In the Humilau Gym, you will need to navigate yourself around using various lilypads which move in the direction you step upon it. Once you reach the end, you'll encounter the Gym Leader, Marlon
