Battle Subway

The Battle Subway has made a return in Black & White. Unfortunately, not much has changed since Black & White, including the trainers which run off of the same database. However, when you first arrive at the Battle Subway, you will face up against the Subway Masters in a battle with the other gender trainer as your partner

Battle Types

Like the Battle Towers, the Battle Subway has three different battle methods;

  • Green Line - Single Battle - Simple 1 VS 1 Battles
  • Dark Green Line - Super Single Battle - Difficult 1 VS 1 Battles
  • Red Line - Double Battle - Simple 2 VS 2 Battles
  • Pink Line - Super Double Battle - Difficult 2 VS 2 Battles
  • Brown Line - Train to Anville Town
  • Orange Line -Multi Battles - Double Battles where you and a friend/NPC can battle through the subway
  • Yellow Line -Super Multi Battles - Double Battles where you and a friend/NPC can battle through the subway
  • Light Blue Line -WiFi Battles - Battle through the Subway against teams that were downloaded

Like the Battle Tower, you battle through 7 consecutive opponents. Once you have beaten the seven opponents, then you have won that streak and earn Battle Points. Battle Points can then be used to spend on items such as Protein.

Subway Master Ingo

After you have gone through 21 consecutive battles in the Battle Subway, you will encounter the Subway Master, Ingo. Ingo, like other heads of Battle facilities in the past, will challenge you with a very strong team of Pokémon and will be a massive challenge. He is only accessible in the Single Battle line of the Battle Subway.
