Island of Dreams

In the Dream World, you'll have access to the special Island of Dreams which will allow you to travel several potential areas. In these areas, you have to go through 10 secreens, finding Pokémon and items as you travel through. Once you have entered through 10 different areas in the island, you'll get taken to the Dream Treee where you'll be able to offer a berry or item in exchange for allowing a Pokémon to join you. These Pokémon are then sent to the Entralink Forest when you next sync up with your game. When you encounter Pokémon, you have to partake in a variety of minigames. If you succeed, the Pokémon will be happy and be befriended

There are several different areas within the Dream Island, and they get unlocked as you collect Dream Points in the Dream World. As you get more of these points, you'll get access. Below is a list of the areas and the Pokémon and items you can find within.

After you have received 7,500 Dream Points in the Dream World, more Pokémon will open up in each area allowing for even more Pokémon to be found. This is then repeated at 10,000

Picture Name Effect
Chesto BerryA Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from sleep.
Pass OrbA mysterious ball that encloses the power of Unova and that you use when you use the Pass Power.
Dive BallA somewhat different Poké Ball that works especially well on Pokémon that live in the sea.
Full HealA spray-type medicine. It heals all the status problems of a single Pokémon.
Mago BerryA Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch, but may also cause confusion.
Pamtre BerryA Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Pamtre Plant.
Super PotionA spray-type medicine for wounds. It restores the HP of one Pokémon by 50 points.
Wiki BerryA Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch, but may also cause confusion.

Big RootA Pokémon held item that boosts the power of HP-stealing moves to let the holder recover more HP.
Hard StoneAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is an unbreakable stone that ups the power of Rock-type moves.
Heart ScaleA pretty, heart-shaped scale that is extremely rare. It glows faintly in the colors of the rainbow.
PearlA somewhat-small pearl that sparkles in a pretty silver color. It can be sold cheaply to shops.
Poison BarbAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a small, poisonous barb that ups the power of Poison-type moves.
ReviveA medicine that revives a fainted Pokémon. It restores half the Pokémon's maximum HP.
