Island of Dreams

In the Dream World, you'll have access to the special Island of Dreams which will allow you to travel several potential areas. In these areas, you have to go through 10 secreens, finding Pokémon and items as you travel through. Once you have entered through 10 different areas in the island, you'll get taken to the Dream Treee where you'll be able to offer a berry or item in exchange for allowing a Pokémon to join you. These Pokémon are then sent to the Entralink Forest when you next sync up with your game. When you encounter Pokémon, you have to partake in a variety of minigames. If you succeed, the Pokémon will be happy and be befriended

There are several different areas within the Dream Island, and they get unlocked as you collect Dream Points in the Dream World. As you get more of these points, you'll get access. Below is a list of the areas and the Pokémon and items you can find within.

After you have received 7,500 Dream Points in the Dream World, more Pokémon will open up in each area allowing for even more Pokémon to be found. This is then repeated at 10,000

Picture Name Effect
Poke Ball A device for catching wild Pokémon. It is thrown like a ball at the target. It is designed as a capsule system.
Net Ball A somewhat different Poké Ball that works especially well on Water- and Bug-type Pokémon.
Nest Ball A somewhat different Poké Ball that works especially well on weaker Pokémon in the wild.
Heal Ball A remedial Poké Ball that restores the caught Pokémon's HP and eliminates any status problem.
Super Potion A spray-type medicine for wounds. It restores the HP of one Pokémon by 50 points.
Cheri Berry It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from paralysis.
Pecha Berry It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from poison.
Oran Berry It may be used or held by a Pokémon to heal the user by just 10 HP.
Sitrus Berry It may be used or held by a Pokémon to heal the user's HP a little.
Figy Berry If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user's HP in a pinch, but will cause confusion if it hates spicy food.
Pass Orb A mysterious ball that encloses the power of Unova and that you use when you use the Pass Power.

ElixirIt restores the PP of all the moves learned by the targeted Pokémon by 10 points each.
EtherIt restores the PP of a Pokémon's selected move by a maximum of 10 points.
Great BallA good, high-performance Ball that provides a higher Pokémon catch rate than a standard Poké Ball.
Lagging TailAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is tremendously heavy and makes the holder move slower than usual.
Moomoo MilkMilk with a very high nutrition content. It restores the HP of one Pokémon by 100 points.
Mystic WaterAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a teardrop-shaped gem that ups the power of Water-type moves.
Sharp BeakAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a long, sharp beak that boosts the power of Flying-type moves.
TinyMushroomA small and rare mushroom. It is quite popular among certain maniacal fan segments.

StickAn item to be held by FARFETCH'D. It is a very long and stiff stalk of leek that boosts the critical-hit ratio.
Wide LensAn item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a magnifying lens that slightly boosts the accuracy of moves.
