This is a standard Grovyle set which should give you few troubles; Leaf blade is a must for a special sweeping Grovyle because of STAB. Crunch and Dragonbreath to cover other pokemon that may or may not cause Grovyle problems. HP Fire is also their to help against those pokemon that could do some damage to Grovyle such as steel types. With Maxed out Special attack and Speed this pokemon should launch most attacks before your opponent can and with some major damage too

Grovyle has had a few Animé Appearences. First it was owned by a trainer who defended a field of Watermelons. After that, Ash's Treecko evolved into it during a battle with Loudred/Exploud. After that Ash's Corphish got jealous of it's power. Then Ash used it in many consecutive battles. After that he used it against Norman in the Petalburg Gym. After that Ash intended to use it in a battle against a Giant Whiscash that ate his badges
