Summary
This episode comes in two small parts:
Team Rocket have been having fun and have fallen asleep. However, Pelipper appears and starts to release balls from the Rocket Gacha causing nothing but Gulpin to appear which causes them to stick to Ash, Goh and people of Vermilion City.
When Team Rocket wake up, they find themselves faced against a Turtwig and a Chewtle. They decide to start a race to decide who is better. Which will win?
