Lumiose City! New Encounters!!
Summary
The Rising Volt Tacklers have arrived in Lumiose City and go to the Looker Bureau to see Emma, and her new assistant, Navi. Navi is really interested in Pokémon and is really interested in Liko and their travels. However, Emma soon gets a request to locate a Carbink, but when they all start to investigate, they soon find a large man accompanying it - Ivor, the leader of the Justice Dojo. Will they be able to return Carbink?
