New Bark Town
When you get back in New Bark Town after beating all 8 Gym Leaders in Johto, talk to Elm and he will give you the Master Ball! What you have to do now is head East Into Kanto. But first make sure you have a Pokémon with Surf and Waterfall. And heal all your Pokémon in Elm's Lab.
If you havent caught Ho-oh, Lugia or Suicune yet (depending on your game) go get them
