Today is the Pokémon Direct. This Pokémon Direct is expected to reveal the first details of the Generation 8 Pokémon games for Nintendo Switch. We'll be hosting the Direct here and live updating with all details so be sure to keep checking back. We'll be updating with all information throughout the day.
Edit @ 14:03: Pokémon Sword & Shield have been revealed with three new Pokémon showcased. You can battle and catch wild Pokémon in a similar manner to prior games. The region is called the Galar Region

Pokémon GO
As part of the Pokémon Day event, several new items have become available to purchase in the Style shop in Pokémon GO. These items are based on the Pokémon Meltan and feature hat and pullover for 150 and 200 Coins respectively, as well as Earrings for female avatars. In addition to this, a new ultra Box has gone on sale for 1480 coins which contains 15 Premium Raid Passes, 6 Super Incubators, 7 Incense & 8 Star Piece
