Summary
Friede has come to Levincia to meet up with the Rising Volt Tacklers, however he soon notices that he is being followed by someone suspicious. Nemona, Penny, Anne and others show up with the Rising Volt Tacklers to prepare to head to Laqua as the 18 Tera Type trainers, and soon Perrin and Wyatt show up. Will they be able to go to Laqua?
