Pokémon GO
Today is the start of the Pokémon GO Fest in Dortmund and with this, many Pokémon have started to spawn at the event including Pokémon such as Unown that spell WAKE UP!, alongside the Mythical Pokémon Jirachi in Special Research. With this, some of the Pokémon that can be found in the park will be available in increased amounts worldwide. We're currently cataloguing every element of the event, , including the Special Research, as we can so be sure to check our section.

The Pokémon GO Fest Dortmund 2019 Tie-In event has begun worldwide. This event features the increase in spawns of Nidoran Male and some other GO Fest focused Pokémon, with Shiny Nidoran Male now being available worldwide as well as unique Field Research for the event. In addition to this, the Slakoth make up event for Europe, Middle-East and Africa has also begun.
With this, the GO Global Challenge has begun. From now until 16:00 UTC on July 7th, players have to get:
Pokémon GO Fest Dortmund event attendees—Complete 1 million research tasks to unlock 3× Catch XP
Team Instinct—Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 1-hour Lucky Eggs
Team Valor—Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 3× Hatch XP
Team Mystic—Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 2× Raid XP
If all players complete these, then the bonuses will run from 20:00 UTC July 9th to 20:00 UTC July 16th and there will be a special Entei Raid Day with Shiny Entei available during the event on a Raid Day on July 14th
Edit @ 10;24: In conjunction with this, Raid Bosses have seemingly changed with Pokémon including Nidoran and Magnezone appearing as bosses. We've collating these in our Raid Battles and event section
Edit @ 12:51: Niantic have updated the Raid Bosses again, replacing Magnezone with Magnemite indicating that the Magnezone raid was an error

Pokémon Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION
The Pokémon Company have put out a new promotional video for the upcoming movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION. This video showcases a lot of the movie with scenes previously unseen, some of which could be seen as spoilers, to the track "Let You Love Me" by Rita Ora

For those of you who have the social media app, LINE on your iOS, Android or Windows Mobile devices, The Pokémon Company have put out some new stickers for Japan. These stickers are focused on Pokémon in the style of the upcoming movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back EVOLUTION. They cost 240¥
