Pokémon GO has revealed the various Ultra Unlock events that will unlock if 15, 30 and 45 Global Challenges are completed respectively each hour during Global GO Fest this weekend
If 15 Challenges are completed, then the Ultra Unlock: 10th Anniversary Edition event will be boosted. This event runs from July 21st through July 27th
If 30 Challenges are completed, then the Ultra Unlock: Water Festival event will be boosted. This event runs from August 18th through August 24th
If 45 Global Challenges are completed, then the Ultra Unlock: Super Mega Raid Day event will be boosted. This event runs on August 22nd from 11:00 to 17:00 local time
In addition, during the Special Research story for Global GO Fest, three Poké Ball Sunglsses and a Zeraora T-Shirt will be available. You will also be able to purchase a Zeraora Onesie and Team Leader Hairstyles in the shop

The latest major Pokémon Sleep event, the Third Anniversary Prelude event is rolling out. This event runs until 03:59 local time on July 13th 03:59. This event features a lead in to the 3rd anniversary of the game and features increased spawns of the Hoenn First Partner Pokémon, Plusle and Minun.

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out globally. This event is the The Road of Legends event which runs from 00:01 local time through 23:59 local time on July 10th. It features daily raids, starting today when the vast majoriy of available Legendary Pokémon are in 5 Star Raids, and continuing through the week until Pokémon GO Fest. It also features a special GO Pass

The Pokémon GO Pass: July has started rolling out.. This will run from July 7th at 10:00 local time through August 5th2026. As before, a free track is available for all players who gain access, or you can purchase to get even more rewards
The Pass will include encounters with Pokémon like Ho-Oh, as well as Stardust, Candy, Poké Balls, and if you purchase then you'll get more Rewards and PokéCoins.

As part of a new collaboration with the Japan Football League in Japan where, starting the new season on August 7th, 60 Japanese football teams will have their own mascot Pokémon as well as some special merch, it has been confirmed that Pokémon GO is to feature a special event to tie in with this. Currently it's not clear what this event will entail but there will be a special T-Shirt with the JLeague logo featuring Pikachu. We'll provide more details as they come

The Pokémon Café ReMix Fun With Furret event is now live. This is a Points event that focuses around the Pokémon Furret, offering a means to obtain and power it up with cookies by earning points by completing stages. It runs until July 11th 2026
