Pokémon Pokopia - Nintendo Switch Online Icons
The second wave of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass icons for Nintendo Switch Online Subscribers is now live. Each icon and part is available to exchange for Platinum Coins earned. This wave includes icons featuring Ditto and Peakychu from the second wave of the Expansion Pass

Pokémon TCG Pocket - Drop Event
The next Pokémon TCG Pocket event is now live. This event is the latest Drop Event which features special Solo Battles with various rewards and missions to complete. It adds numerous new Promos into the game including the Mega Houndoom ex Promo card. It runs until August 22nd 2026

Pokémon Sleep
The next Pokémon Sleep event has been revealed. This is the Collaboration Week event to celebrate the game's tie-in with the Pokémon Horizons anime and runs from August 17th at 04:00 local time through August 24th at 03:59 local time. It adds Captain Pikachu and the Tinkatink line to the game
During this event, the chance of main skills triggering and sleep experience will be increased by 25%. Final Strength from dishes will also be increased by 25%
A Pokémon will be guaranteed hungry during the first sleep research of the day
On August 21st through 23rd, Drowsy Power will be increased by 30%

Pikachu (Captain), Tinkatink, Tinkatuff, Tinkaton, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Chansey, Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Wooper, Quagsire, Blissey, Sableye, Happiny, Riolu, Lucario, Sprigatito, Floragato, Meowscarada, Fuecoco, Crocalor, Skeledirge, Quaxly, Quaxwell, and Quaquaval will spawn more

Pokémon Masters EX
Pokémon Masters EX has announced the next event. This event is the Team MZ Joins the Fray event and introduces the Sync Pairs of Harmony & Mega Feraligatr and Urbain & Mega Meganium into the game. It runs from August 14th 2026

Details have been released for the Pokémon GO collaboration with the PokéXciting campaign happening in Asia for Pokémon's 30th anniversary.
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Event Gameplay Area: KLCC Park) - Saturday September 12 - Sunday September 13
Taipei, Taiwan (Event Gameplay Area: Select areas of Xinyi District excluding mountainous regions) - Saturday October 10 - Sunday October 11
Singapore (Event Gameplay Area: Citywide) - Saturday November 7 - Sunday November 8
Manila, Philippines (Event Gameplay Area: SM Mall of Asia surroundings) - Saturday January 23 - Sunday January 24
Bangkok, Thailand (Event Gameplay Area and details: To be announced) - Saturday February 13 - Sunday February 14
During each eventm Pikachu of a specific costume will be available and will continue to spawn for a month in the city after the event
There will be a stamp rally at each event. Spin the 5 PokéStops to get an encounter with PokéXciting Pikachu
There will be Timed Research for free to give encouners with the Pikachu, a Battle Pass and an event sticker
Bulbasaur wearing a party hat, Charmander wearing a party hat, Squirtle wearing a party hat, Raticate wearing a party hat, PokéXciting! Pikachu (Region-exclusive colors), Jigglypuff wearing a ribbon, Meowth, Psyduck, Slowpoke, Grimer wearing a party hat, Eevee wearing a party hat, Snorlax, Dratini, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Togetic, Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Ralts, Beldum, Buneary, Gible will all spawn in the wild
Gengar wearing a party hat, Gyarados, Ampharos, Tyranitar, Gardevoir, Altaria, Garchomp, Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble, and more will spawn in Lure Modules
Unown will spawn in Incense
Gigantamax Venusaur, Gigantamax Charizard and Gigantamax Blastoise will be in Max Battles
There will be 5 Snapshot encounters a day

The latest Pokémon Sleep New Moon Day event is starting to roll out. This event runs from 04:00 local time today until 03:59 local time on August 15th 2026 and features a special boost where Pokémon will not become hungry straight away and has an increased Shiny chance. It also features increased spawns for Darkrai and Mew

The latest Pokémon TCG Pocket Ranked Match season, Season B4 is now live. This is the sixteenth Ranked Match season where you work up the ranks by winning in battles against random players online. After the season ends, you will get Emblems based on your position. This season runs until August 26th 2026
