During the Pokémon World Championships Closing Ceremony, it was confirmed Mega Lucario Z, Mega Absol Z and more are coming soon to Pokémon Champions. With this, Mega Heatran was also teased. Rillaboom and Baxcalibur will also confirmed. The Z-Megas will come on September 9th

During the Pokémon World Championships Closing Ceremony, it was confirmed that Mega Evolved Pokémon that have reached their Super Mega Level will be able to access a new CHarged Move when they are Mega Evolved. This will be functional in both Trainer Battles and Raid Battles
Alongside tis, Armored Mewtwo has been confirmed to return to the game soon
Players in San Francisco will also experience GO Fest Finale

The latest major Pokémon Sleep event, the Mini Snapshot Surprise Missions event is rolling out. This event runs until 03:59 local time on September 7th 03:59 local time. This event features additional chances to get Mew and Psychic-type Pokémon ahead of the Mewtwo event later in September

The next Pokémon GO event is rolling out globally. This event is the Mega Ascension Event event which runs from 10:00 local time through 23:59 local time on September 4th. It features a daily Mega Evolution Raid Battes in the run up to Pokémon GO Fest Mega Finale on Saturday & Sunday
