Southern Island is a small island in the south of Hoenn. This island is only accessible when you show the Eon Ticket to the ferry master in Slateport or Lilycove City. The island is a simple island with Latios or Latias located within it, depending on your game in Ruby & Sapphire or based on your selection after beating the Elite Four in Emerald.
