Tera Type Changing
After completing the Medali Gym, go to the restaurant in Medali where you can exchange 50 of one type of Tera Shard to get a meal that will change your Pokémon's Tera Type to that type. These items can be found randomly on the ground throughout Paldea or as Raid Rewards

Gimmighoul Coin
If you have had over 999 Gimmighoul Coins and still collect them, there is a man in the middle of Medali who will later give you the extra Gimmighoul Coins you couldn't pick up
