Rapidash, The Fire Horse Pokémon. It can gallop at a top speed of 150 miles per hour. It can race as fast as a bullet train while ablaze. Very competitive, it will chase anything that moves fast in the hopes of racing it. Unable to restrain itself from running after fast trains or cars. At full gallop, its four hooves barely touch the ground because it moves so incredibly fast. The faster it goes, the longer the swaying flames of its mane will become.

Strategy Using Rapidash
Even though Rapidash may have a higher attack stat
than its special attack, its movepool limits it
potential has a physical sweeper. Even its ability,
flash fire, works with the sunny beamer set, by
boosting fire type attacks.
Hidden power ice can be replaced with hypnosis, as it
could give you a free sunny day turn if it hits.
The use of Hidden power Ice is a useful counter to
those pesky Earthquaking Salamence which could easily
knock out Rapidash.
Other than that, its another fire type with mediocre
defenses that can use the Sunny beamer set.
EV Corner:
Max out the EVs in Special Attack & Speed for Rapidash with any remaining in HP
Strategy Against Rapidash
Rapidash, like most Pokémon, wasn't particularly
'blessed'. The most common way to go with Rapidash is
to use the 'Sunny-beamer' set, neglecting the above
average attack stat.
- Rapidash's weaknesses lie in Rock, Water and Ground
attacks, all of which are hurt badly by Solarbeam when
used with STAB, so a Pokémon with a Grass and Fire
resistance who also carries an attack of one of those
types *points to Earthquake Salamence* should be able
to KO Rapidash, however you do run the risk of being
knocked out by a potential Hidden Power, so tread
carefully.
- Another way to go is to use the moves that always
strike first, Quick Attack/Extreme Speed/Mach Punch,
all of which will capitalise on the below average HP
and Defence that Rapidash carries, although their
ability to knock Rapidash out is questionable, so be
prepared to take one or two this when using this
tactic.

A good Contest Moveset for Rapidash would have to be this for the Beauty Contest best with Modest, Mild, Rash or Quiet Nature:
