Like previous spin-off games, this game features a variety of Boss Pokémon for you to battle. Each has a different mechanic for you to need to use in order to defeat them. This page will detail and list all of the Bosses within the game, how to defeat them, and how many barrages they unleash in each level.

Boss - Serperior

Level: E Tall Forest

The boss of this level is Serperior. As it arrives, it will send out attacks on a variety of leaves in order to damage you. Take too long and it will leave. Once you've defeated the leaves, it's able to be captured.

Level: H Peak

The boss of this level is Groudon. When it appears, it sends out several flames at you for you to quickly type in order to destroy them.

Boss - Zoroark

Level: L Dark Path

The boss of this level is Zoroark. As it arrives, it will change into one of the Pokémon in the area. As it appears in these forms, you wont have the starting points to the name so you have to run from memory. Once these illusions are defeated, you can capture Zoroark.

Boss - Cobalion

Level: Sunset Forward Slash Way

Cobalion is the boss of this level. When it arrives, several metal orbs start surrounding it. You need to type the letters of these before the inner circle of the attack matches the outer circle.

Level 100
Cobalion has more orbs and prevents them being defeated more often

Boss - Terrakion

Level: I - Onix Mountain Road

Terrakion is the boss of this level and will appear if you destroy all the boulders. When it arrives, it will send down various layers of giant boulders which require removal. Once the boulders have all been removed, you can begin to capture it.

Boss - Virizion

Level: Paradise Above

Virizion is the boss of this level. When it arrives, it will continually jump across the screen, sending an energy beam filled with letters for you to defeat.

Virizion unleashes three waves of energy beams and one wave of three leaves with non letter characters on them

Virizion sends out larger waves of energy and leaves with each wave

Virizion sends out similar waves of energy but larger amounts of leaves

Boss - Zekrom

Level: Right Ruins

If you select Zekrom as the boss in this level, you will have to face off against its electrical powers. It first will create pillars of electricity, each with letters to type and then will use Fusion Bolt which has orbitting letters.

Zekrom sends out more pillars and the letters used in the Fusion Bolt are further apart on the keyboard and are then sent in two rows and Reshiram comes in and uses Fusion Flare

Zekrom starts off by sending out more, but smaller pillars. Reshiram will quickly join in with Fusion Flare and rotating letters and it'll Fusion Bolt straight after with two lines of letters. This will repeat with increase

Level: Right Ruins

If you select Reshiram as the boss in this level, you will have to face off against its fire powers. It first will shoot out six balls of fire to you and then will use Fusion Flare in order to attack. It has several orbitting letters.

Reshiram sends out more flames when it shoots flames out and has its Fusion Flare include characters that are further apart on the keyboard. Zekrom will also come in and use Fusion Bolt

Level: No. 2 Rainbow Railroad

Ho-Oh is the boss of this level. When it arrives, it will start attacking by sending pillars of fire out at you. They move quickly so you have to act very quickly in order to defeat them.

Boss - Lugia

Level: M Waters

If you manage to get through, being able to destroy all the waves, you'll soon find Lugia will appeear during the storm . It will come out and challenge you. It has two vortexes from which to attack and then creates a spiral of others

Lugia unleashes three waves before capture

Level 70
Lugia sends out more cyclones to hit you. Three rotating ones and seven of the spiraled. It still has three waves

Level 100
Lugia sends out more cyclones to hit you. Five rotating ones and seven of the spiraled. It still has three waves but it begins to merge the rotating cyclones and spiraled cyclones so you have less time to defeat before being hit back

Boss - Kyogre

Level: Z Islands

After getting attacked by it in "Dark Depths", you will get told that Kyogre was spotted in Zorua Archipelago. Head there and you will get taken underwater by Kyogre. Its attacks are simple Hydro Pumps that it shoots at you and then breaks up into pieces
