Today, we are covering a Pokémon introduced in the first generation. Emanations from its fingertips solidify the air into invisible walls that repel even harsh attacks. It is adept at conning people. It is said to be able to create walls out of thin air by miming. It shapes an invisible wall in midair by minutely vibrating its fingertips to stop molecules in the air.It is a pantomime expert that can create invisible but solid walls using miming gestures. A skilled mime from birth, it gains the ability to create invisible objects as it matures. Its fingertips emit a peculiar force field that hardens air to create an actual wall. So here it is, the ninth entry, Mr. Mime.

Pokémon Bank - eShop Removal & Possible Delay

Nintendo have announced that they have temporarily removed Pokémon Bank from the Nintendo 3DS eShop. This is following the massive influx of users on both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U coming on Christmas, plus the addition of Pokémon Bank causing the Nintendo Network to drive to a halt. This means users cannot download it anymore and currently cannot access the features of the game.. It is currently unclear when Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter will return, or if the western release is delayed. They have made it clear that the 30 day trial for previously registered users will restart when it returns.
Edit @ 13:14: Pokémon Bank is now listed with a release of TBD (To Be Decided) on the North American and European eShops. We'll bring details on this as soon as we can

It's that time again, as Pokémon Bank is now available on the Japanese eShop for the Nintendo 3DS. Our copies have downloaded and we are making a start on coverage. As usual, I'll be posting the main focal points here, while more in-depth details go on the discovery thread on the forums, which will likely have more screenshots of various currently unobtainable Pokémon. We'll be updating with any pertinent information from this app and its relation to Pokémon X & Y, including if there are any special unlocks, and we'll get to work on updating the Pokédex and various other site sections as soon as we can
The app is a small 239 blocks to download. That's approximately 30MB. Poké Transporter is accessed within the app to download when you manage to get to the main menu
First, I have created a page on Pokémon Bank's special features .
23:18: You get shown details of the 30 day trial pass when you log in, and it prompts you to extend it by subscribing
23:35: Poké Transporter is 218 blocks / 27.25MB
00:09: Poké Transporter only gives you the option to transfer Box 1.
You get 100 PokéMiles or 10 Battle Points for transferring a box
01:33: You can transfer partial boxes
01:49: Hiker gives you all four drives, not splitting across the versions. According to the hiker, Genesect is "rumoured" to have been found in Glittering Cave. The five meteors are irrelevant to the specific form of Deoxys. They aren't red herrings or anything. Each meteor will cycle through: Normal > Attack > Defense > Speed and loop round

Today, we are covering a Pokémon introduced in the fifth generation. Groups of them beat up anything that enters their territory. Each can spit acidic liquid from its mouth. It can smash concrete blocks with its kicking attacks. The one with the biggest crest is the group leader. It pulls up its shed skin to protect itself while it kicks. The bigger the crest, the more respected it is. So here it is, the seventh entry, Scrafty.

Pokémon Bank - Overview Trailer

In anticipation of its release in two weeks, The Pokémon Company has issued an overview trailer for the upcoming release, Pokémon Bank. It confirms that you can transfer entire boxes immediately within the Poké Transporter system that comes with it and that Pokémon Bank has advanced search filter systems akin to the ones in the boxes on Pokémon X & Y
You can also choose Battle Points to be earned rather than PokéMiles in Pokémon Bank when you deposit Pokémon
If your annual Bank fee ends, you can still withdraw your Pokémon for a short time, but will be lost afterwards forever. The period of time has yet to be announced.
Pokémon Bank ignores the 3DS's region lock so all games can be read and used for depositing/withdrawing Pokémon so if you have a US game, you can put it on a Japanese 3DS with Pokémon Bank installed and put Pokémon on there

Its stomach can digest any kind of food, even if it happens to be moldy or rotten. When its belly is full, it becomes too lethargic to even lift a finger, so it is safe to bounce on its belly. What sounds like its cry may actually be its snores or the rumblings of its hungry belly. Its stomach's digestive juices can dissolve any kind of poison. It can even eat things off the ground. So here it is, the sixth entry, Snorlax.

It has been announced that within the Pokémon Centers across Japan, as well as Toys 'R' Us stores, several Pokémon are to be distributed. The distribution will run from December 21st to December 26th 2013 if you win a lottery.
The first gift is a Level 25 Gengar with no hold item and the moves Psychic, Confuse Ray, Sucker Punch and Shadow Punch.
The second gift is a Scizor, also Level 25, with the ability Technician and the moves Aerial Ace, False Swipe, Agility and Fury Cutter.
Unlike previous distributions, this is done by trade with staff members where you get given a Haunter/Gengar in trade which will then evolve as soon as the trade as complete, meaning the Scyther you get traded will have a Metal Coat attached until the evolution is complete. The Event Database has been updated with details of these events.
