Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the annual Sustainability Week event and is due to run from April 22nd at 10:00 to April 26th at 20:00 local time
Combee, Drilbur, Trubbish, Foongus and Binacle will be in 2km Eggs with a higher chance of being Shiny
Buddy Pokémon will bring Souvenirs and Presents more often and will spend more time on the map after being fed. The distance to earn Buddy Hearts is also halved
Combee, Drilbur, Trubbish, Binacle and Foongus will be in Field Research
There will be Collection Challenges to receive Stardust and Experience

Pokémon Frienda
The next Pokémon arcade game has been announced for Japan called Pokémon Frienda. This game is the next evolution of the current arcade game, Pokémon Mezastar, which followed on from Pokémon Ga-Olé, Pokémon Tretta and Pokémon Battrio and features newly designed Frienda Picks to earn in the game to use Pokémon.
This arcade game version is different as it has two screens, one display and one touch screen that allows for players to fully interact with the game while the gameplay goes across both screens
Like previous games you select three Pokémon to battle wild Pokémon and eventually catch them with even some Legendary and Mythical Pokémon appearing. When caught, you will get a Frienda Pick of a variety of grades including the rarest Super Treasure Pokémon which feature Terastallised Pokémon
This arcade game is due for release in Japan this July.

The second episode features Dot doing her Terastal training with Iono and have a rehearsal of their training but Dot isn't able to reach her usual strengths causing Iono to suggest appearing as Nidothing for it

The latest Mega Evolution focused Raid Day is rolling out in Pokémon GO. For three hours in each region, Mega Heracross will appear in Raids on each Gym in the area, adding Mega Heracross into the game.
With this, you will get up to 5 extra Raid Passes from Gyms and can participate in up to 20 Remote Raid a day. You will also have a higher chance of finding shiny Heracross after completion of the raid
A paid ticket is also available that gives increased experience as well as another 8 additional free Raid Passes from Gyms.
It runs from 2pm to 5pm in your local time.

The Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Mighty Meganium Tera Raid Battle event has begun its second run. This allows for you to face a Psychic Tera Type Meganium in 7 Star Tera Raid Battles. As with all past 7 Star Raid events, players can only catch one Meganium from raids per save file
Alongside Meganium, Blissey has returned to Tera Raid Battles in 5 Star Raids offering a variety of Candy and Tera Shard rewards.

Ahead of the set's release later this month in Japan, The Pokémon Company have unveiled over 10 new cards for the coming set, Mask of Change, which will be partially used to create the Twilight Masquerade Set. This includes Illustration Rare cards for Munkidori, Okidogi and Fezandipiti.

The next Pokémon Sleep event has been announced. This event is the Flower Festival and runs from April 22nd through 03:59 local time on April 29th. This event features boosted Grass and Fairy-type Pokémon as well as an increased Shiny Chance
During this event, all dishes will be set to Salads and you will always be able to get at least one Pokémon that's hungry. All Dish Strength will be multiplied by *1.5 when created, or 3* for Extra Tasty Dishes aside from on Sunday where it is 4*

The Nintendo Network services for both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U are now unable to be used. This means that all online features for all games across the consoles will no longer function including features in various Pokémon games.
All local gameplay, including local wireless trades and battles will still forever be able to be used for as long as the games and consoles exist, including features such as QR Code scanning for Magearna & Pikachu distributions and Secret Bases

It will also give out the move Magical Leaf to Victreebel. You will be able to purchase a ticket to receive Special Research .
The Community Day runs at 2pm to 5pm in each local time zone

The latest Tera Raid Battle event is now live in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. This is the Mighty Meganium event. This event has Meganium appearing in 7 Star Raids with the Psychic Tera Type. As with all past 7 Star Raid events, players can only catch one Meganium from raids per save file
This event runs until April 7th 2024 at 23:59 UTC and will run again next week

The "The Captured King" Villain Event has begun a repeat run in Pokémon Masters EX. This event has you battle against Team Plasma members in order to obtain vouchers to exchange for items. It runs until April 17th 2024
Alongside this, a Tripe Feature Poké Fair Scout is now available to get the Sync Pairs of Red & Charizard, May & Blaziken & Hilda & Victini

Today is Day 1 of the Pokémon Eurpe International Championships. Today features battles for all four of the games in the current Play! Pokémon Circuit: UNITE, TCG, GO and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. All three games will be streamed in individual streams
All streams begin at 09:00 (BST) / 04:00 (EDT) / 01:00 (PDT)
We have all the streams in our Play! Pokémon Stream Hub which allows for tabbing between all streams or loading all together

The latest Pokémon Café ReMix event has begun. This event is the monthly Veevee Cooking Power event which gives you various Macarons by earning points completing stages. It runs until April 8th 2024

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This event is the Bug Out event and is due to run from April 12th at 10:00 to April 17th at 20:00 local time and adds Mega Heracross into the game
Caterpie, Weedle, Shuckle, Wurmple, Kricketot, Combee, Sewaddle, Dweeble, Nincada and Cutiefly will spawn in the wild
Pineco, Shuckle, Nincada and Skorupi will be in 1 Star Raids,Br />
Beedrill, Pinsir and Kleavor will be in 3 Star Raids
MEga Heracross will be in Mega Raids
Tapu Bulu will be in 5 Star Raids
There will be a Collection Challenge to earn Mega Energy
There will be new avatar items of Burmy Earings and a Combee bag
Paras, Venonat, Burmy, Karrblast, Shlemet, Dewpider and Wimpod will be in Field Research alongside Mega Beedrill, Pinsir and Scizor Energy
There will be increased chance to encounter Shiny Burmy and Shiny Combee

The next Pokémon GO Raid Day has been announced, This event is the Mega Heracross Raid Day which runs from 2pm to 5pm local time on April 13th 2024. During this event, Mega Heracross will be added to the game and be available in Mega Raids
During the event, you will be able to do up to 20 Remote Raids per day and get up to 5 free Raid Passes from Gyms. If two or more players defeat a raid, then more Pokémon will spawn around it for 15 minutes
A paid ticket will also be available for the event which will give an additional 8 free Raid Passes from Gyms, 50% more experience from Raid Battles, 2* Stardust from Raid Battles and increased chance for Rare Candy XL

The Legendary Gauntlet Epic Battle Event Event has begun in Pokémon Masters EX. This event is the eighth Epic Battle event and has you continuously face off against Legendary Arena Pokémon without being able to heal your Pokémon, with better rewards coming the more you win. It runs until April 17th 2024
Alongside this, a Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout is live which gives a chance to get Elesa & Emolga, Emma & Crobat and Lysandre & Yveltal

This event is the tie-in to the 2024 Europe International Championships, which are set to run from Friday this week and provides an increase in the number of battles you can complete a day from 5 sets per day to 10 sets per day. This event runs from 00:00 local time on April 3rd 2024 through to 23:59 local time on April 7th 2024

News Pokémon Satellite
A special TV show has been announced in Japan called News Pokémon Satellite. This show will air on April 13th 2024 at 16:00 JST and feature an hour of Pokémon news and information aimed at people making their Pokémon debut this Spring. It will be hosted by Shohei Osada and features various segments including Pokémon battles in Scarlet & Violet between Matsuo and Himan Otsuru and a look at the Pokémon anime's new saga, Terastal Debut. It also features a showcase on the Pokémon Centers in Japan and a segment, Pokémon Appraisals, where the hosts, Nicole Fujita and Louis Kurihara appraise guests love of Pokémon as well as a Pokémon anime quiz where a trip to Hawaii is on the line.
