Sunyshore City

Sunyshore City is a coastal city in the south-east of Sinnoh. This city has a special Vista Ligthouse, which provides views of the Pokémon League and other parts of Sinnoh and is where Volkner can be found. It has a special market which sells multiple items including seals and houses a developer who developed various Pokétch applications and will give them to you if you show them a Serious, Quirky or Naive Pokémon. Finally, Olivine City Gym Leader Jasmine appears in the north of the city and will give you the HM; Waterfall

Effort Ribbon
In the Sunyshore Market, there is a girl who will give you the Effort Ribbon if you have maxed out the Effort Values on your Pokémon.

Julia's Ribbons
In the north-east of the city, you will find a woman, Julia, who will give you a special ribbon every day if you listen to her stories. The Alert Ribbon on Monday, Shock Ribbon on Tuesday, Downcast Ribbon on Wednesday, Careless Ribbon on Thursday, Relax Ribbon on Friday, Snooze Ribbon on Saturday and Smile Ribbon on Sunday.

Gym
The Sunyshore City Gym is an electrical themed gym where you need to gain access to bridges, and hit the switch to rotate them so that you may create a path to the next room with Volkner at the end. After you have defeated Volkner, you can use HM07: Waterfall
