Pokémon Works was set up in 2024. It is a collaborative effort between The Pokémon Company and ILCA and is designed to maintain the mobile version of Pokémon HOME as well as prospective game development.

In September 2025, it set up an additional satellite studio in Kyoto. This studio is predominantely focused on Pokémon Sleep
