With the Rainbow and Silver Feathers you find, after you have crafted the Clear Bell and Tidal Bell, there isn't usually that much to do with them. However, with Gimmighoul and Gholdengo's Collect Specialty, you can do something with them.

If you find Gimmighoul and Gholdengo, you will have the ability to trade them these feathers. In exchange, you will get rare items including Gamer items, Luxury items, Poké Ball items, Cute items, Antique items as well as Music mats and rare materials such as the Strange Strings.

If you have any appraised Lost Relics that you don't want, you can also exchange them here to get some of the items as well.
