Vegetables |
Vegetables are a core part of the game as not only do they increase the PP when eaten, they can be used as ingredients for making meals which can boost the strength of your moves, as well as maximising PP and getting boosts from Mosslax. As such, in this game you have the ability to grow vegetables. To do this, you need to start with a seed and plant it in soil that has had Rototiller used on it. From there, you will be able to grow vegetables. Using Rototiller or a charged Magnet Rise, you will also be able to pick up and move the plant if you need to. |

Growing Vegetables |
With vegetables, they will go through a stage of growth each day, however this requires for the area to be hydrated. This can be done by having water next to the soil, or you can use a Sprinkler. A Sprinkler works in a diamond which reaches out 5 squares horizontally and vertically and in the tiles diagonally between them, covering up to 60 blocks However, if a plant is submerged in water, it will not grow. Being near lava will also prevent it from being hydrated, but it won't dry it out. With this, each day the plant should move to the next stage, or refresh the yield of the vegetables. However, this can be accelerated through using a Pokémon with the Grow specialty. Once a day, you can use Grow on the plants and it will move forward a stage, or regenerate one vegetable. However, this can only be done on each plant once a day and it will sparkle to show that it has been done. |
