Nap Island |

In July 2026, Pokémon Sleep introduced a new feature to the game, Nap Island. This island is accessed by a sign on all islands and will allow for you to send 1 Pokémon at a time to the island in order to passively earn experience The Pokémon will stay in the island for a week with experience being accumulated every minute. Each Pokémon will earn 150 Experience a day while on the island, but if you get a Relaxing Nap Ticket, you will be able to get an additional 450 Experience per day for the Pokémon. When you bring the Pokémon back, the experience will be accrued, but if you bring it back before the full week has been completed, it will only receive half the original experience. |

On the island is also a Pickup Box. Periodically, Munchlax will find an item such as Handy Candy, Type Candy or Species Candy and put it in the box. These can be cleared at any time. |
