Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen Nintendo Switch Additions
As Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen were ported over to the Nintendo Switch console, a few alterations have been added to the game to change a few elements. These range from new features to bug fixes.
Mystic Ticket & Aurora Ticket |

The most notable new feature on Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen on Nintendo Switch is the addition of the Mystic Ticket & Aurora Ticket items. Previously only available via event on the GameBoy Advance, you can now get these items natively in the game. If you defeat the Elite Four and enter the Hall of Fame, you will find these items automatically placed in your bag. From there, you can take them to the dock at Vermilion City and go to Navel Rock for Lugia and Ho-Oh, and to Birth Island for encountering Deoxys. |

Legendary Beast Fix |

In the GameBoy Advance version of the game, there was a glitch that occurred when you encountered Raikou, Entei or Suicune. If these Pokémon used Roar on you succesfully, they would disappear from the game forever. In the Nintendo Switch version, this bug is fixed and they will remain in the game until they are caught |
