| Harry is a detective within the Ryme City Police Department. In his youth, he was married and had a son, Tim Goodman. However, after his wife's passing, he moved from Laventown to Ryme City and became engrossed in his work. Although his son didn't join him on his move to Ryme City, he cares very deeply for his son. Later on, he was enlisted into an investigation where he helped bring in Mewtwo into the PCL. Investigating further into it, he learned of the mysterious secret of the chemical R that was spreading through Ryme City and traced it back to the Mewtwo. With his partner Pikachu, he managed to help Mewtwo escape, but during this, he was in a car accident caused by the PCL's Greninja. Injured following the accident, Mewtwo merged him with Pikachu to save him. With his memory gone, he bonded with his son Tim who arrived in Ryme City after his father's death and helped to investigate his own disappearance and the mysterious chemical R. After he helped rescue Mewtwo, Mewtwo separated him from his Pikachu and brought him back to health where he stays in Ryme City. |
