Lt. Hide Yoshida is one of the heads of the Ryme City Police Department. As part of his duties, he was the one to inform Tim Goodman of his father's death and was concerned with how Tim was taking his father's death.
He was also at the Pokémon Parade to make sure everything went smoothly
