Biography
Sebastian was the commentator and a participant in the underground battles within Ryme City. With his partner Pokémon Charizard, who he has tattooed on his chest, he participated in a match against Harry Goodman and his Pikachu, which he lost. He demanded a rematch with Tim in an agreement to provide information as to who Harry was looking for. He received R from Dr. Laurent and used it in his battles

Sebastian has a Charizard that he uses in various battles in the Fight Club. It had previously been defeated by Harry Goodman's Pikachu but in the rematch it got affected by R to strengthen its powers. The R eventually wore off and it was blown out of the fight club by Gyarados
