A mysterious power within this foggy forest seems to have uncoupled the climate from the flow of time.

The forest is probably the most convoluted of the levels. There are two Foggy Paths but 6 different areas to enter. To get to them is quite simple:

Spring Area - Go through the first area after throwing a Fluffruit to Espeon
Summer Area - Go through the first area and hit Espeon with an Illumina Orb
Autumn Area - Go through the first area and take the alternate route after throwing Espeon a Fluffruit
Winter Area - Go through the first area and take the alternate route after Espeon has gone down that path and you hit Espeon with an Illumina Orb when it is on that side
Ruins - Go through the second area
Sunny Area - First time, lure Deerling to the Crystabloom with Espeon by lighting up most of the Crystablooms from the start to Espeon. Then, go the alternate path following Deerling & Sawsbuck. Second time, use alternate path.

Alternate Paths

Winter Path

Unlock Level: Level 3

While the Forest is filled with winding turns based on the Pokémon you encounter, and random chance, this path is one you will need to use. You will need to activate it each time. To get it, you need to play the melody to the Trevenant by the floating rock. It will create a path for you. Then, follow the Espeon by throwing an Illumina Orb and you'll enter the Winter Forest, else you will enter the Summer Level

Elsewhere Forest - Winter Path

Sunny Plain Path

Unlock Level: Level 3

This path is available permanently after you activate it. It is located in the second foggy part of the forest. To activate it, you need to activate Crystabloomss to lure Deerling out so that it reunites with Sawsbuck. Hit the next Crystabloomss including one where Espeon will appear. If you keep following through, you'll see two Crystablooms before the very end to the right. If you succeeded in reuniting Deerling & Sawsbuck, they will run ahead, activating them both and you'll get the path to the Sunny Plains, which will contain Pokémon from the areas you have been to
