Location: Crag Area

Details:
When you first enter the Crag Area, you will encounter Victini, the Victory Pokémon. Victini aids you in your quest until he gets kidnapped by Haxorus and dragged to Wish Park. When you defeat Haxorus, he will return with you to the Crag Area and will dwell by Emboar. You have the ability to battle Victini.

Location: Wish Park

Details:
Darkrai is the mastermind behind all the issues with Wish Park. He's the one who traps the Pokémon there and orders his underlings to do his bidding. Once you have recombined Wish Park, Darkrai will let you battle him. The first battle is easy, but upon his defeat, he will grow and only be vulnerable to projectile moves. He is befriended after you have befriended Reshiram and Zekrom.

Location: Cove Area

Details:
After defeating Darkrai, the Area Masters of PokéPark send you on a quest to find an item to awaken Zekrom and Reshiram. This quest first leads you to find Tornadus. Hidden in the Seasong Beach of Cove Area, you will find Tornadus' shrine. When you interact with it, Tornadus will fly in and challenge you. This is a tag race, but Tornadus will be sending tornados at you through the race. After this, he heads to the Scientorium in Tech Area until all three legendaries have unlocked Zekrom

Location: Crag Area

Details:
After defeating Tornadus, it's time to go and hunt down Thundurus. Thundurus is found hidden away on a small island in Crag Area's Colosseum. The only way to this island is through befriending Mandibuzz, who will fly you over to it. Once there, when you interact with the shrine, Thundurus will fly at you and challenge you This is a tag race, but Thundurus will be sending Electric Balls at you through the race. After this, he heads to the Scientorium in Tech Area until all three legendaries have unlocked Zekrom

Location: Arcane Area

Details:
After defeating Thundurus, you will now get access to the Arcane Area from the Arbor Area. This new area has a small island within the lake where Landorus' shrine exists. Interact with the shrine and Landorus will come out of the ground and challenge you. Unlike the other two, Landorus actually battles you with Oshawott being your best bet. After this, he heads to the Scientorium in Tech Area and creates a rock that can be used to unlock Zekrom. All three legendary Pokémon then return to their areas

Location: Arcane Area

Details:
During the game's progress, you will see numerous white feathers dotted around the world. If you manage to collect 20 of these feathers, then when you get to the Arcane Area, you have the ability to interact with Reshiram's shrine. This shrine opens up a portal which takes you to a place where Reshiram lives. Reshiram will challenge you to a battle. Reshiram resists all Pokémon, except for Oshawott. It has several charge attacks and one massive fireball attack

Location: Wish Park

Details:
Once you have defeated landorus, and Reuniclus has used Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus' power to power a microwave, you get a stone which can be embedded somewhere. Take this stone to the throne room in Wish Park and you get the ability to go through a portal to where Zekrom dwells. Like Reshiram, Zekrom will challenge you to a battle in its area. It uses electric attacks and is resistant to all four of the Pokémon. It sends out several electric attacks within its viscinity which can be quite damaging
