Move Reminder

Location: Pastoria City

Details:
The Move Reminder is possibly one of the most important Move Tutors in the game. In these games, you can get it done by visiting a man in Pastoria City. In exchange for a heart Scale, they will teach your Pokémon any move that is in their Level Up learnset, or that was a move they learned from an egg or event.

After you have given 10 Heart Scales, he will start doing it for free.

Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn & Hydro Cannon

Location: Route 228

Details:
In Route 228, you will find a man in the house towards the bottom that will teach the special ultimate moves, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn & Hydro Cannon, to eligible Pokémon: The fully evolved Starter Pokémon from all regions.

Draco Meteor Tutor

Location: Route 210

Details:
Draco Meteor is often considered as the most powerful Dragon-type move and if you go to one of the houses in Route 210, you will find a woman who will teach it to any Dragon-type Pokémon, including Arceuswhen it is holding the Draco Plate.
