A new update is live for Pokémon TCG Pocket. This update contains the details for the new trade messaging and random match system as well as various other fixes
Alongside this, the cards for the new set Fantastical Parade are also available and we're adding them into our database

Pokémon GO
The next Pokémon GO event has been announced. This is the Road to Kalos event and is due to run February 23rd at 00:00 to February 27th at 23:59 local time and adds several Pikachu costumes into the game
Each day will be themed to specific region with different spawns
February 23rd will have spawns of Kanto Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Clefairy and Meowth in the wild. Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Pikachu in Red's Hat and Pikachu in Leaf's Hat will be in raids
February 24th will focus on Johto Pokémon such as Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Marill, Hoppip and Teddiursa in the wild. Shadow Lugia, Shadow Ho-Oh, Pikachu in Ethan's hat and Pikachu in Lyra's hat will be in Raids
February 25th will feature Hoenn Pokémon such as Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Poochyena, Taillow and Nincada in the wild. Primal Kyogre, Primal Ground, Pikachu in Brendan's hat and Pikachu in May's bow will be in raids
February 26th will focus on Sinnoh Pokémon such as Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Bidoof, Shinx and Snoverin the wild. Dialga, Palkia, Pikachu in Lucas's hat and Pikahu in Dawn's hat will be in raids. This day will also feature rotating space-time anomalies which includ Pikachu in Rei's cap, Pikachu in Akari's kerchief, Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia
February 27th will focus on Unova Pokémon such as Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Lillipup, Darumaka & Gothita in the wild. The raids will be split in two. Reshiram,Black Kyurem, Pikachu in Hilbert's hat and Pikachu in Hilda's hat will be in the Black Kyurem hours while Zekrom,White Kyurem, Pikachu in Nate's visor and Pikachu in Hilda's visor will be in the White Kyurem hours
Each raid will have Special Backgrounds. The Kanto day will have backgrounds based on the game's teams with Aritcuno having Team Mysitc, Zapdos Team Instinct and Moltres Team Valor.
On the Johto day, Shadow Lugia will have a Silver inspired one and Ho-Oh will have a Pokémon Gold inspired one
On the Hoenn day, Groudon will have a Ruby inspired one and Kyogre will have a Sapphire inspired one
On the Sinnoh day, Dialga will have a Diamond focused background and Palkia will have a Pearl inspired one.
On the Unova day, Kyurem and Reshiram will have a Pokémon Black inspired one while Kyurem and Zekrom will have a Pokémon White inspired one.
Each Pikachu will have the backgrounds of the specific day
Larvitar, Bagon, Beldum and Gible will be in 2km Eggs
There will be 50% Incubator Distance and the Remote Raid Limit will be increased to 30
There will be free Timed Research available each day
A special GO Pass will be live for the event and GO Tour. The free pass gives an encounter with Lucario, Lucario Mega Energy, GO Tour 2026 t-shirt, encounters and other items. The paid pass will give encounter with Hoopa Unbound, a Lucky Trinket, Zygarde Cells, Zygarde Jacket, Victreebel Mega Energy, Malamar MEga Energy, Candy XL and more

Pokémon Sleep
The next Pokémon Sleep event has been revealed. This is the Valentine's Day 2026 event and runs from February 9th at 04:00 local time through February 16th at 03:59 local time, adding Cutiefly and Ribombee into the game.
During the event, all dishes will be Desserts and you have an increased Shiny chance
Final strength of dishes ill be multiplied by *1.5 and ingredients gathered from main skills will be increased by *1.25
Cutiefly, and Ribombee, Bulbasaur, Pinsir, Ditto, Wooper (Paldean Form), Mawile, Absol, Croagunk, Stufful, Comfey, and Cramorant will spawn more
A new dish will be available with this event
Cutiefly & Ribombee are Fairy-type Pokémon with the Snoozing Sleep Style

Pokémon Masters EX has announced the next event. This event is the Palentine's event and adds Adaman & Shiny Sylveon and Rika & Shiny Quagsire into the game. Runs from January 30th 2026
