Passive Effects & Abilities

Although Abilities aren't available in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, there are a number of Pokémon that get special boosts or mechanisms that act akin to those of Abilities. Some are boosts when using a specific move by that Pokémon, while others more closely resemble specific Abilities such as Commander and Stance Change

Desolate Land, Primordial Sea and Delta Stream are only enacted in the Rogue battles against the Pokémon.

	Mimikyu	Send Mimikyu out in battle with no damage	Prevents the first batch of damage from being done to Mimikyu
	Morpeko	Standard	Changes form and type of Aura Wheel after each move is used
	Tatsugiri & Dondozo	If you have both Dondozo and Tatsugiri in your team, when you send out Dondozo, Tatsugiri will activate as well and be swallowed by Dondozo to become its commander	All stats raised for rest of the battle. Dondozo cannot switch out
	Primal Kyogre	Rogue Battle Opponent only	In the Rogue Battle, Primordial Sea prevents use of Fire-type moves and has the same effects as rain
	Primal Groudon	Rogue Battle Opponent only	In the Rogue Battle, Desolate Land prevents Water-type moves from hitting Primal Groudon and has the same effects as Intense sun
	Mega Rayquaza	Rogue Battle Opponent only	In the Rogue Battle, Delta Stream removes Rayquaza's Flying-type's Weaknesses
