Unlock Criteria: Location: Rouge Sector 7 Description: It seems a certain apartment building has become haunted. The requester reports hearing strange noises from the rooftop and wants you to go check it out. In Rouge Sector 7, you get asked by Ante to investigate some issues happening that they feel are paranormal. Speakers in empty rooms start playing and some sounds have been coming from the roof. She asks you to go to the roof to investigate. There, you find a Dedenne that you have to make chase. Once you catch up with it, you battle it. Defeat it and Ante will be relieved that it wasn't a paranormal activity and just a Dedenne stealing electricity. She says she will help the Dedenne find a trainer |
