Binacle by the Boatload

Location: Magenta Street

Description: Binacle are swarming the requester's prized boat, preventing him from taking it out for a ride. Chase away the Binacle for him.

On Magenta Street along the canal, you will find a man, Barnie, who wants to go out on his boat but five Binacle are stopping him. He asks for you to clear them so you battle all five at once. Defeat them and they will return. Barnie learns that they like the boat and offer for them to join him on the boat.
